1 MORE DAY! - LETS BE PREPARED...

PITS OPEN AT 5pm

MAIN GRANDSTAND OPEN @ 5pm

EVERY signed in rider will receive a pass if needed, for the main
grandstand.

EVERYONE will enter the main grandstand through the front
entrance...this means anyone parked in the pit parking area who
comes with riders, etc...will have to walk around the back straight
to the main entrance.  

PIT PARKING...is just that. If you are not on the program as a
racer, worker or 1 mechanic vehicle per rider...then please park in
the main parking lot of the arena. ONLY vehicles with bikes  will be
allowed to park up near the pits, everyone else will park on the pad
same as last year.

WORKERS: we will have a pre printed list of all workers for that
evening. If you are not on the worker list, then be patient please,
contact myself, Lee or Hugh. You can contact us before the races to
see if you are on the list or make arrangements to be put on the
list. Do not get in the sign up line if I have not put you on the
worker list, come get us first.

LETS LOOK PROFESSIONAL:  have you leathers on ANYTIME you go out on
the track surface, keep your leathers on after the races...A lot of
people said they did not know who was racing when they walked into
the pits last year. We will have a riders parade at about 7:20 for
the fans to see who is actually under those helmets.

OIL SPILLS IN THE PITS: Please make sure you clean up any oil that
might get onto the asphalt in the pits, and point out to anyone any
oil issue. If we end up with oil messes that the Grand Staff has to
clean up, then the riders end up paying for it by us moving the pits
back to the dirt and making EVERYONE park down on the pad below the
pits.
